Refund & Returns Policy

At D’TRADITION, we create waterless, freshly activated personal care rituals that are carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, our returns and refunds policy is designed to protect both our customers and our products.

Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Product Eligibility for Returns

All D’TRADITION products are personal care items and are sealed, packed, and dispatched under strict hygiene standards.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received an incorrect item

  • A product is missing from your order

Returns are NOT accepted if:

  • The product has been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)

  • You wish to return due to change of mind

  • You experience a skin reaction or allergy

All our products clearly mention “Patch test recommended before use” on the label.

Time Limit to Raise a Request

Any return, replacement, or missing item request must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

Mandatory Proof for Claims

To process your request, we require proof to ensure fair resolution.

Please provide:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged or missing item claims)

  • Clear images or videos showing:

    • Damaged product

    • Defective product

    • Incorrect item received

These must be shared via:

  • Our official customer support email, or

  • The registered customer contact number

 Claims without proper proof may be rejected.

Combo Kits & Ritual Kits Policy

For combo packs / ritual kits:

  • Full kits are NOT eligible for return

  • If a product inside a combo is damaged, defective, or missing:

    • Only the affected product will be replaced

    • The remaining items must be retained

 

Partial returns of kits are not allowed.

Enzyme Cleanser Trial Pack Return Policy

  • For Enzyme powder cleanser Trail Pack (5pcs/10pcs) only:

    • Regular Pack are NOT eligible for return

    • Effective: [26/04/2026]

      D’Tradition offers a 15-day money-back guarantee on all
      trial pack purchases.

      GUARANTEE TERMS:

      1. ELIGIBILITY

         – Applicable to first-time trial pack purchases only

         – Valid within 15 days of delivery

         – Applies to all skin types and concerns

      2. REFUND CONDITIONS

         – Sachets must be UNUSED and UNOPENED

         – Original packaging (Sachet & Outer Packing) must be intact (no tears, squeezed, deflate, damage, or visible use)

         – Sachets must not show signs of handling/testing

         – Return shipping address provided via email

      3. HOW TO REQUEST REFUND

         – Contact us via Instagram DM/Whatsapp within 15 days

         – State reason for refund & Image & Video of the product (*Required)

         – Provide order number (*Required)

         – Send packet to [return address]

         – Refund processed within 2 business days of receiving product

      4. REFUND PROCESS

         – Refunds shall be applicable only on the unused sachets returned in their original condition along with the original outer packaging/box. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of unused sachets received by us, excluding the original  shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.

      For example, if a customer purchases a Trial Pack of 5 sachets for ₹149, the per sachet value shall be calculated as ₹29.80 (₹149 ÷ 5). If 1 sachet has been used and the remaining 4 unused sachets are returned along with the original outer box in proper condition, the refundable amount shall be ₹119.20 (₹149 – ₹29.80).

      If any of the returned sachets are found to be opened, damaged, deflated, squeezed, tampered with, or otherwise not in resalable condition, no refund shall be provided for such sachets. The refund amount shall be calculated only for the remaining sachets found to be unused, undamaged, and in proper original condition.

      Refunds shall be processed only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by us. Any damaged, opened, or improperly returned sachets may not be eligible for refund. The final decision regarding refund eligibility and refund amount shall remain solely at our discretion. 

         – Refunded via Bank Transfer method

         – Return shipping at our (D’Tradition) expense

      5. LIMITATIONS

         – Refunds NOT available for:

           a) Opened/used sachets

           b) Damaged packaging

           c) Products purchased >15 days ago

           d) Products purchased from third-party
               sellers

      6. EXCLUSIONS

         – This guarantee does not cover:

           a) Products used as directed (results
               satisfaction)

           b) Damage from shipping (covered
                separately)

           c) Loss of original packaging

      7. NO HASSLE

         – No questions asked about why you’re returning

         – No need to return product if damaged in
           shipping

         – Simple DM-based process

Refund & Compensation Options

Once your claim is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Refund to the original online payment method

  • Store credit / coins for future purchases

  • Exchange for the same or another product (subject to availability)

Refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery orders unless issued as store credit or exchange.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 working days

  • Time may vary depending on:

    • Bank processing

    • Payment gateway timelines

 

You will be notified once the refund is initiated.

Return Shipping

    • Return shipping costs are borne by D’TRADITION

    • This applies only to approved cases of:

      • Damaged products

      • Defective products

      • Incorrect items

     

    Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
